Homemade Banana Pudding and The Dresser

This is my weekend to work,
so I left my sweet hubby a honey do list.
Not a long one, just mow the path that we use to the pool, around the cars, and where we generally walk the furbaby.
He did accomplish that, but he also did this:
Homemade, from scratch, banana pudding!
The kind you bake and have meringue on top!
He used a recipe out of a cookbook that was put together from his Dad's side of the family, from a
reunion several years ago!
Boy, it was yummy-liscous!

Then when I got home, I decided I was bringing in the dresser and put it back where it belongs!
Here is the finished (for now) project, with my bowl of glass Japanese fishing floats on it!
The floats are authentic, by the way, we found them when we lived in the South Pacific in the late 60's and early 70's.
Eventually, I'll find just the right drawer pulls for it, but for now am reusing the ones that were on it before!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
