Tuesday Hops and Progress on the Bathroom

So I'm a little late posting and joining hops for Tuesday, but better late than never as the saying goes.  Have had a busy day, did some more jelly today that actually jelled.  The 10 jars I did Sunday evening did not jell and I'm aggravated with myself for not reading the instructions carefully enough.  I got 17 jars done today, and hopefully will be able to get some more plums this weekend for more.  I don't just hoard my jelly though, I share with friends and family.

Here is the progress on the bathroom from the last two days.  I went to Jacksonville, FL to pick up our     "adopted" daughter, Ashley,  that will be staying with us for a bit while her husband, our "adopted" son, Stephen wraps up his Air Force career in Minot, ND.  We got home last night and this was done....

Charles, who is our renovator, is working on a project during the day for our school board, and he comes here after a full day of work, and works another couple of hours.  This next picture is of the ceiling that is no longer a popcorn ceiling.  Eventually, we will get rid of all the popcorn ceilings in the house.  Baby steps.

Then this was the progress today.

When a project is in your mind and you are choosing colors, fixtures, cabinetry and tile you have an idea of how you hope it will mesh together and look.  So far, I've been very pleased with our choices.  See the board under the shower?  We were thinking of placing the same glass tiles that are above the shower, but now I don't know if I would not prefer the 4" tiles that match the floor tiles.  What do y'all think?
