The 7 things about me:
~I spent 5 formative years during my childhood on islands in the South Pacific, therefore, I am a beach baby and an ocean snob!
~Being a beach baby is not fun when you are redheaded and have fair skin.
~I'm a cat person, even though I can't have cats anymore due to my oldest granddaughter's (Carter's) allergies.
~Now I'm a dog person. Never thought I'd want an indoor dog, but I have a furbaby Shih Tzu and I can't imagine not having him.
~I'm 'Ma' to 8 grands, 4 girls and 4 boys. The oldest 10 1/2, youngest 1 1/2 months.
~I'm addicted to Coach purses. Even though my daughter borrows (steals) them. :)
~I'm adopted and have met my birth family, interesting story. Thanks Mom & Dad for adopting me and giving me opportunities I would not have had otherwise.

Congrats! I enjoyed reading your post! I used to live close to the ocean and I eat fish or any seafood everyday. Now it's been 5 years since I last laid eyes on the vast sea. I miss it so much and I miss fresh ocean fish even more.
